High Bar Harbor Tide Clock 

Good vibes happen on the tides! Tide Clocks were designed by a fisherman over 50 years ago to show the time between the tides. The moon is the major cause of the tides. The lunar day is 24 hours and 50 minutes. Most East Coast locations have two high tides and two low tides each day. Therefore, the hand on our clocks rotates every 12 hours and 25 minutes, twice each lunar day. It is best to set the tide hand at high tide during a full or new moon.

Our High Bar Harbor Nautical Wood Map Tide Clock is laser cut and engraved in beautiful detail. Wood workers then hand stain and assemble the nautical wood charts with the water depicting the depth contours, one level below the shoreline.  Each Wood Map Tide Clock is offered in 5 accent options and two water colors. Whether you lean more toward Coastal Casual or a Modern Seaside Retreat, with so many options, you’re sure to find the right fit for your coastal style.

TIDE CLOCK PRODUCT DETAILS:

  • Size: 24” Diameter
  • Made of Baltic Birch
  • Available in Deep Blue or Blue Green Water Stain
  • Accent Ring available in all Birch, Driftwood Gray, Warm Americana, Golden Honey or Sun Bleached Blue
  • Water with laser engraved depth contours is recessed one level below the shoreline.
  • Ships fully assembled and ready to hang.
  • Instructions provided to accurately set the Tide Clock.
  • Quartz mechanism operates on one AA battery, not included.
